MCH series thermal element is a new type middle-low temperature heating element.

The resistance starch (metal type) were printed on the ceramic (Al₂O₃ type) substrate as heating surface, the elements were pressured after printing.

The metal and ceramic were burned together at 1650℃.

Conductor (wires) were soldered on the element to finish the heating element.

Advantage of MCH elements:

-          Power Conservation: 20～30% lower than PTC elements

-          High voltage withstand: 4500V/1S

-          Leakage Current: <0.5 mA

-          Based on R-T Diagram character, we can change the temperature by changing the Resistance value

-          Non wattage decrease after long time usage

-          Rapid Warming: if the wattage is: 500W temperature could increase to more than 600℃ after 20 seconds, to more than 200℃ after 10 seconds

-          High Wattage Density: ≥50 W/cm²
