Glass heating pipe with electric heating film is developed for high temperature heating applications.
The mixed nonmetallic electric conducting materials (ceramic, glass¡) are printed and sintered on the outer surface of glass pipes as electric heating film.
The heating film provides thermal by heat conduction & convection as heat transfer way.
Product Features:
- Long service life because of no oxidation while working of the heating film
- The liquid in the glass pipe flows separately from heating film, so there is no leakage of electricity
- High heat conducting rate (97%)
- Low temperature of the heating film (180-200 ¡æ), does not affect the service life of other parts
- Good resistant under hot/cool impacting (put the glass pipe of 800 ¡æ into liquid of 20 ¡æ for 3 times, there is no break)
