MCH Heating Element

MCH series thermal element is a new type middle-low temperature heating element.

The resistance starch (metal type) were printed on the ceramic (Al2O3 type) substrate as heating surface, the elements were pressured after printing.

The metal and ceramic were burned together at 1650⊥.

Conductor (wires) were soldered on the element to finish the heating element.

-          Voltage withstand: 1500VAC 1min; 1800VAC 1min; 3750VAC 1min; 4000VAC 0.1min

-          Max voltage: 230VAC/120VAC

n       Physical feature:

-           Bulk Density: ≡3.6g/cm3

-          Flexural Strength: ≡270 Mpa

-          Compressive Strength: ≡2700 Mpa

-          Tension Intensity of lead wires: ≡5 kgf at horizontal direction; ≡3.5 kgf at vertical direction

n       Temperature Features:

-         Rated temperature: 100⊥~230⊥

-          Max temperature: 500⊥~700⊥

-          Heating Rate: rise to rated temperature in 30 s; rise to max temperature in 90 s

Advantage of MCH heating elements:

 

-          Power Conservation: 20‵30% lower than PTC elements

-          High voltage withstand: 4500V/1S

-          Leakage Current: <0.5 mA

-          Based on R-T Diagram character, we can change the temperature by changing the Resistance value

-          Non wattage decrease after long time usage

-          Rapid Warming: if the wattage is: 500W temperature could increase to more than 600⊥ after 20 seconds, to more than 200⊥ after 10 seconds

-          High Wattage Density: ≡50 W/cm2
