Ceramic heating pipe adopts ultra fine alloy materials plus inorganic film forming agent forming up an electric conductive resistance lines (similar as printed circuit) on its outer surface.
The materials above are fixed on the surface of ceramic pipe through printing and high temperature sintering procedure.
When it is electrified, the electric resistance film provides infrared thermal and heating the pipe by convection.
Product Features:
- Long service life because of no oxidation while working of the heating film
- High power density, rapid warming and high heating efficiency
- The element is one kind of high surface temperature. Working temperature is <= 300 ¡æ
- The element has good resistance to heat and cool impacting.
Typical applications:
- Humidifier pipe for electric warmer
- Electric heating pipe for physiotherapeutic device
- Steam heater
- Assembled ceramic honey comb
